Delete your account

You can delete your ShuffleUp account and its data yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to email us, and there is no waiting period.

Steps

• Open ShuffleUp and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to remove.
• Tap the gear icon in the top-right of the home screen to open Settings.
• Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first — Apple, Google and Firebase all require a recent sign-in before an account can be deleted.

What gets deleted

• Your ShuffleUp account record and authentication credentials.
• Your saved game setups.
• Your play statistics.

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is not affected

Settings stored only on your phone, such as the Sound Effects and Haptic Feedback toggles, are removed when you uninstall the app. Deleting your ShuffleUp account does not delete your Apple, Google or email account.

If you cannot access the app

If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email hello@shuffleup.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. We will respond within 30 days.
